It is OK place for a new college hire. There is a good life and work balance... but is it what a new college hire really needs?? There is a lot to learn for a new college hire out there in order to stay competitive, marketable and jump start a career. There aren't many people to look up to and learn from them at Xerox Software development.
Cons
No motivation... Old people really resistant to change.
