Pros

The company is fairly flexible with you and anything that might come up.

Cons

-there is no real room for growth. -Employees who are also in the military are only given 16 hours a year for paid military leave...which doesn't even cover the annual training, drills during the week or anything compared to other companies giving two weeks. -There are no annual performance reviews -No raises or anything to reflect inflation

Moderate Length Govt Support Contract No real volitile unless you mess up or someone is having a hard day
