I am sorry that you feel so negatively about the Company! Overall we have a very awesome working environment that is praised by many of our employees. At times, when previous employees leave from a company voluntarily or involuntarily, there is some potential ill feelings from their experiences. We have several tenured employees that have been with us well over 4-5 years, and we have grown substantially. Sometimes growth at a rapid pace makes folks feel disconnected or the pace is too quick to process, and of course with rapid growth, not all systems are in check and we work through the challenges. We have a solid Management Team and Human Resources Manager to ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to, and we are treating everyone fairly and amicably. Again, I am sorry that you felt that you had an unfavourable experience! The 3PL Fast paced logistics is not for everyone! Best of Luck in your Future Endeavors!
