Pros

Consistent scheduling. Clear and reasonable expectations. Management is willing to work with you and train in any weak points. I think the company has come a long way since the previous reviews. Pay and bonus structure has improved, the company is growing, and there is a genuine interest in the quality of the work and the overall experience for the agents.

Cons

High turnover rate is the biggest contributor to the call volume which can be overwhelming at times. Mandatory overtime can be difficult to manage for those with families and other responsibilities.
