I like working at Work4ce. The owner allows you to do your work without any kind of micromanaging but if you need him, he's always available. He's also flexible and understanding of personal life things that come up. Benefits are great.

You wear many hats, which usually is great because you have a variety of different things to do but during busy times, it becomes a little overwhelming.
