      Pros

      Big vision and goals, strong focus and ability to crack big deals. Excellent work-life balance, smart people to work with. Great exposure to work with top professionals all over the world.

      Cons

      It's a small company but sometimes it feels like working in a big enterprise, i.e. slow and risk-averse.

      -Innovative -Mission-driven -Flexible, remote-first -Global team of high IQ individuals -Your voice is heard; you can directly impact policies and how the company operates -Quality leadership; lots of faith in CEO’s management and direction

      Cons

      -Substantial growth means wearing a lot of hats (which is not for everyone) -Working across a lot of time zones (both internally and externally); sometimes causes delays in communication

      Global team of really smart people

      Cons

      There is no room for anyone else's ideas except for the CEO. He has a PhD from Oxford and thinks he's always the smartest one in the room. Team has a pretty toxic and derogatory view of their clients so it's hard to feel motivated. Product and operations are overly complex.
