Cons
No company is perfect. While we grow, there are things that are evolving (updating technology, adding office space, formalising procedures) that come along with any growing company. It is important to not get hung up on whats wrong, but to focus on whats happening that is right and the progress in action that supports that. We are a small team, expecting to grow, hence not a 9 to 6 job.
