Pros
It was really enjoyable to work as a sales associate. The pay was good plus commission. It was very enjoyable to work with everyone there.
Cons
It is hard to say how much you can grow in the company. It seemed like they hired from the outside.

Pros
Really fun place to work! Great discount in the store (W Hotels the Store), also get a discount at all Starwood Hotels. Carry popular designers and some that are under the radar and very cool. There's a lounge where you can eat for free, sometimes good. Frequently see celebrities that are staying in the hotel. Good music and ambiance. Work by yourself (not micromanaged while you're there.)
Cons
Very stingy. Do not invest in their employees. Corporate has no idea what's going on in stores that are outside of NYC/does not know target market, as it varies with each location. Do not want to pay for parking, or office supplies. Extremely high turnover, in retail employees as well as corporate.
