Almost everything to do with the way they do business, and the way this branch operates.

    Pros

-A paycheque every 2 weeks -Completely average pay and benefits for the Kelowna area

    Cons

Do not bother applying here as a service tech!! This place is highly unorganized and poorly run. I can’t count the times I was sent out on service calls with diagnostic software that doesn’t work or you wait a minimum of a week for parts only to find they sent the wrong one(s). There are no experienced people left at this branch so nobody has any direction or training and there is zero accountability. They like to deflect these negative reviews with their yearly survey stats, remember most of this info is taken across the whole of the company and not the Kelowna branch specifically and even if it was 3 of the 4 service technicians quit in the span of the last 4 months ask yourself why that might be. Low morale, poor communication, lack of necessary tooling and equipment, this place checks all the wrong boxes. If you’re in need of a paycheque while you’re waiting for something good Williams will do but a word of advice, there is a ton of good work in the valley and if you’re a good technician you won’t want to waste your time here, you will regret it.
