Pros
There’s a strong sense of “we’re in this together” in the team and a real commitment to both each other and our customers. The office vibe is energetic but laid-back, and the hybrid + work-from-anywhere policy gives a lot of flexibility, which I personally really value. The culture encourages growth and striving for success, and it feels like everyone is pulling in the same direction.
Cons
Like many growing companies, there's a fair amount of change over the last couple of years. Some processes and planning are still catching up, which can make things feel a bit unstructured at times. That said, it’s clear that the company has brought in the right skillsets and is investing in building a more solid foundation. The direction now feels much more focused and promising.
