Pros

- Supportive team mates because you only got each other when things get rough, which is often - Pay is alright because they desperate for talent due to the high turnovers. Can join for a quick jump. - Interesting perks but with lots of t&c attach

Cons

- Incompetent and inept people left right center and management forever making excuses for them - If you can do your job, great. You can do those incompetent people's jobs too - HR also incompetent max. Hiding behind policies and documentations but never do what HR is supposed to do. Everyone knows HR is not on their side. - Simple jobs also can be challenging because you need to deal with so many incompetent people. - People leave in batches every few months. Forever questioning WHY people are leaving but never realize is their own doing. Then try to pin the fault on those people instead - Everything is forever messy and all over the place. - So many shady things and secrecy but still shouting about TRANSPARENCY. Joke.

Pros

- Very friendly coworker - Actually feel like family (without them saying "we are family") - Hybrid work arrangement - Senior is friendly and willing to guide fresh graduate on their first job - HR is very friendly I'd say if the salary and compensation is good enough, I would stay here untill retirement

Cons

- Like above, salary and compensation. Increment is not guaranteed every year. Bonus is once in a blue moon. Only RM100 for medical claim (no outpatient healthcare plan)' - Lacking project. Sometimes I feel like most of the days I just stare at my screen doing nothing. Some days I feel like I'm rushing

Pros

- When work comes, it comes fast and furious, hence you can learn a lot on the spot. - Easy to get vibe with colleagues, not much politics at work. - Company supports a decent work-life balance by offering the flexibility to work from home two days a week, which helps maintain personal well-being alongside professional commitments.

Cons

- The company offers ample on-the-job learning but lacks formal training initiatives. There are limited opportunities for professional development through internal training sessions or external courses. - The benefits provided are fairly basic and could be more comprehensive. Aside from standard offerings like medical and parking allowances, there are few additional benefits or incentives for employees.
