      Webjet provides very low cost flights for clients -- initially...

      Cons

      Very toxic and unfriendly environment. Management treats workers horribly. Initially Webjet appears to provide low-cost fares initially... however, Webjet regularly rips off clients, by over-charging fees AFTER the flights have been secured. They ream clients with secret fees after they've secured their flights. It's thievery! Horrible. I'm embarrassed to be part of this company!

      Pros

      Great benefits ($250 per year voucher, employee discounts, free insurance) Lots of people with 10+ years in the company who can mentor you.

      Cons

      Structure of teams changes way too often to get a feel for what your job is meant to be, and if you manage to avoid being made redundant you are being pulled from project to project without warning. There is no ability to go upward at all so unless you are happy doing what you are doing don't look here.
