Worked here for 4 yrs but had to quit working for personal reasons. Company recognizes & gives opportunity to freshers wherein other companies take interviews & donot give offer letters in the campus placements. Freshers if put in the right kind of efforts can grow faster than bigger companies. They treat women employees at par with male employees & you can see a high ratio of girls when compared to other companies They have events frequently & give everyone a chance to organize them Salary is on par with industry & the perks are usually more than the promised numbers Company is heading in the right direction & it has grown leaps & bounds in just few years of inception

Company does not encourage certifications
