The company culture is very bad, they will never appreciate your work or your efforts. They have 2-3 people since last 5-6 years and it feels like that company has adopted them and they are now so called Project Managers. The so called PM have to search everything on Chatgpt, one of them is so rigid and egoistic in nature, will judge you each and every time and micromanage everything and just wait for your single mistake sot she can scold as you are in school ans they’re teacher , every time will give you lack information regarding task/ project that has to be done. And in last will blame you that why shouldn’t you ask about anything and will tell CTO and HR so that they’ll start blaming you about your performance and logical skills. The HR are like they are society’s aunties, always gossiping and they will do everything except HR tasks, they are watching Indian serials in their cabin, if you will ask about early salary then instead of giving professional response they will tell you that you have your friend or Husband right, please ask for money from them. They will never solve your query in single go, even if you want anything you have to go for help at least a week or more. Also they will not give you salary slips and if you will ask then they will give you excuses every time. Learning opportunity is 0, work/project quality is 0, they will fire you if they do not have enough work and gaslight you as your performance is poor and all. If you have issue with anything and it is creating issue to your health then they will never help you, instead they will tell you to survive there even if you are about to die. I will never ever recommend anyone to work here, this company is a waste of Time!! That will only think of there benefits.
