Everything is for senior management, they’re paid more and to a higher percentile than other employees, and is currently a closed shop. Mediocrity is rewarded, with the hiring freeze hopefully this will mean those not pulling their weight will be found out. Often found myself and my team picking up mess created by other teams, with no consequence for the people dodging their responsibility.
