Pros

I've been doing what I want in the job I want in this company, the company helps me with these things and helps me do well. If you are a developer who wants to grow and what you want to do is clear, challenge yourself

Cons

Everyone in the company seems to have a kindness disease In order to create a good service, you sometimes need to have a critical eye, but the reaction that comes back when you say something critical is sometimes embarrassing.

Pros

Great Location: Wantedlab is located on the 35th floor of Lotte Tower, making it convenient for commuting and offering a fantastic view. Flexible Time Management: The flexibility to manage lunch breaks allows for better personal time management. Leading Company Lounge: The lounge provides various free snacks for employees and has a beautiful view, making it an excellent place for hosting guests and events. Minimal Overtime: While workload varies by department and position, the typical workday is 8-9 hours, with no enforced overtime. Growth Potential: As an IT company, there is still growth potential, and the environment encourages trying new things, allowing for a solid career path.

Cons

Lack of Feedback Incorporation: There is a strong tendency to follow leadership’s opinions, making it difficult for employees’ diverse views to be considered. Immature Products: Some products are not fully mature or validated through PMF, leading to decisions that benefit the company but do not align with customer experience. Opaque Compensation Structure: Salary increments and promotions are infrequent, and the HR and compensation systems are not transparent. Market Conditions: As of 2024, market conditions are not as favorable as before, raising concerns about the company’s growth potential. Disconnected Planning: Many initiatives are not well-integrated with the main recruitment business, leading to inefficiencies.
