Pros

The company offers great benefits if you're a full-time employee. You get profit sharing and stock options which is great! The employees are for the most part adolescents and great to get along with. You also make aquaintances with customers since you tend to get a lot of "regulars." The environment is pretty fast paced since there's always something to do so the shifts tend to fly by! You never have the same day twice!

Cons

As an assistant manager, you don't get formal lunches or breaks! You can work 10hr days and not once sit down during your entire shift. Scheduling isn't great there's times you've gotta work 11days straight! The workload is pretty overwhelming especially since you're expected to do the work of two people without extra help half the time! When it comes to training don't count on any! You will literally get trained by an employee for one day and then you're on your own to deal with the demanding customers that expect you to solve all their lives problems!

Pros

Work with your schedule if you are in school.

Cons

Low pay. I need to be able to multitask, run the cash register, and operate the Photo Booth lab at a fast pace.

Pros

pay was decent I guess

Cons

no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
