Pros
If you enjoying helping customers, this is the best reason. Other than that, making things right. For example, resets and revisions. Clean the department up and make it shine! I enjoy making my store neat and clean, better than Wal-Mart.
Cons
Lack of support from store and district management, lazy store employees, backstabbing co-workers, gossip, and all the bad decisions corporate is making to save a penny. Constant resets and revisions are another draw back. The expect quick turn around time, but that won't happen now! The worst downside of working at Walgreens right now is all the cuts, what else are they going to do???
