      Decent pay and benefits, relatively easy ways to move up

      Cons

      Stores are run with absolute bare minimum staff, and corporate seems to have no idea what their customers actually want. Multiple days in a row with only a single pharmacist, cashier, and shift lead running around to keep up.

      pay was decent I guess

      Cons

      no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
