Pros
No one bothers you when out on the road. The staff i work with (non management) are generally great people to know, better than other places because we all are treated the same, like children in class.
Cons
If your late during deliveries they will want to know why everytime. Vehicles poorly maintained even if vehicles less than 6 months old, management treat you like your at school, even worse with John Lewis being closed, they are picking best of the bunch! Bonus decreases every year, be lucky to get a penny this year.
