My second interview with Wagepoint was a Culture Call. Shrad the CEO wanted to know if Wagepoint was a good fit for me! I've never had an employer ask that question. He really valued my needs before even offering me the role. I have work life balance again, and flexible hours. Oh and I can enjoy a yoga class on my lunch break ! A company that truly cares about their teams wellbeing

Cons

Remote work can be challenging when you don't get to see people in person BUT we have lots of socials and meets so I'm never actually alone.
