    Can get some good actuarial experience that you can then leverage towards a different company

    Cons

    Unappealing compensation and benefits - felt disrespectful to be offered a low pay for the hard work it takes to study to become an actuary

    Pros

    Flexible, family oriented company. Decent pay. Lots of room to grow and advance within the company. Equipment provided.

    Cons

    No holiday pay nor PTO until you become Full-Time permanent employee. (But it doesn’t take long if you work hard)
