Pros
You will develop new skills, but that is pointless when you aren’t compensated enough. Most of my coworkers were great to work with, which is necessary considering how much time you will be spending with them.
Cons
I don’t even know where to begin. I know for a fact that most of the positive reviews here are fake. They keep trying to rebrand themselves to avoid their reputation (former names WPA Opinion Research, Wilson research strategies to name a few). Employees are severely underpaid. The hours are atrocious, even for the industry. I knew going in work/life balance wasn't great, but I was not expecting no work/sleep balance. The salary is ridiculously low for the area. I don't mind a fast pace environment, but there is no reason to stay. No opportunities for growth. Management will make attempts to placate employees when it gets really bad as damage control, which anyone who is paying attention can see through. Not only is there no transparency, you will be outright lied to. On top of that there is a lot that happens behind closed doors that contributes to the chaos.
