      Pros

      Anyone that’s not upper management (operating officers) are really nice and hardworking.

      Cons

      Severely underpaid and disorganized. During my time, they seemed to change business plans and “visions” every quarter. Upper management is distrusting, hostile, and would remind you that they were the bosses. Lots of false incentives from raises, to trips, promotions, and even job duties. During my time, there was no separate HR department or person aside from one of the officers “wearing the HR hat”. Big red flag

      Pros

      Working at WOWMI means you get to be on a team of quality and qualified individuals who truly care about one another.

      Cons

      The only negative has been that because I'm out of state I can't get health insurance (do to my state's rules) so unless you live in California you may experience a similar situation.
