Pros
Really excellent people-centered culture and thorough recruitment process means that Vynamic is a very unique place to work. I have a much better work-life balance than at any other point in my career. The team has been incredibly welcoming both in the UK and US, and have continued to offer support as I've developed in the role. Really social atmosphere both in the office as well as connecting with those who come in less frequently.
Cons
Very few come to mind - you're given a lot of freedom and often are working independently on solo ('island') projects. While this is something that I enjoy, I know it doesn't suit everyone. If you prefer a highly structured working environment, then this may not be for you.
