      Pros

      Energetic environment with some good people in the trenches. Not much else positive that I can add beyond the woohoo they try to put in the koolaid.

      Cons

      Company has outgrown the senior management. High level of arrogance which gets in the way of team based solutions. High level of nepotism which has some managers in positions they would NEVER have earned.

      fun environment, good people, employee morale was typically high, product was user friendly.

      Cons

      inexperience of management, product could have been of better quality.
