Vix is undergoing a transformation in many areas as it recognises scope for improvement and finally has the courage to tackle long standing issues. An exciting time to be a part of the journey. If you just keep doing the same things in the same way, you will get the same result. So Vix is trying something different. In a global organisation, with significant clients but a relatively small workforce, the opportunities for career progression are significant. Great place to work, especially if you like to travel. New and enthusiastic management team. Focusing on new technology and away from legacy software...finally.
Cons
The organisation change has lead to some disruption. The changes have been slower to finalise than would have been expected. Still using dated tools while we wait for them to be replaced.
