    I worked at Vitol S.A. full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    Salary and the ,no budget culture of spending ..which is good because they dont mind spending nor wasting. Bonus not too bad

    Cons

    No progression or any real care for there employees Lots of dead weight , lots of employees whose time has passed but are still employed . Still living in the 19th century .

    I have been working at Vitol S.A. full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Lots of free food, decent in-house gym, bonuses allegedly high

    Cons

    Toxic work environment, people above can withhold information to take credit when fixing things later, food is designed to keep you in the office longer, lots of profanity and sometimes employees get verbally assaulted. Food will make you gain weight, not clear chain of command and if you do not land on a good team (back-office is terribly managed, mid-office is overworked) then your experience will be miserable. They dangle the bonus in front of you, you earn it at the end of the year but they won’t give it to you until 3 months into the new year...Impossible to move up unless someone leaves AND someone else that has been waiting also leaves.
