Pros

They are trying to improve the employer's stake in the company thru ESOP so enthusiasm is currently high among current staff members but then COVID happened. After working there for 7 years I've built good relationships among folks there. CEO and Chairman is accessible and you do get frequent good mornings, hello's etc. when they or upper management passes by, so there is a human element. I do have strong confidence in the CEO and the story of the founder and how he operated, treated people, etc. shine thru to me. Off-course there are bad days, but once you put your head down and do the work everything falls in inline and no one bothers you. They are not perfect but show me a company that is? I was layoff in good faith and given the circumstances (COVID) they've tried. Thank you!.

Pros

SOME good coworkers who actually care about doing things right and helping out when you need it.

Cons

Workloads are constantly overwhelming, with no consideration for burnout. Things are often done outside standard processes, which causes confusion and makes it hard to trust that you're doing the right thing. Also a heavy workload makes you have to rush and creates an immense amount of room for error. You can raise concerns directly to management, including being honest about burnout or being overloaded, and it’s often brushed off or ignored Late requests and shifting priorities are the norm, making it impossible to have a plan for the day or keep things organized. Processes exist but rarely get followed.
