      Pros

      - I guess work from home - Equipment provided

      Cons

      - They preach autonomy, but in reality they micromanage. - They also preach a healthy work/life balance, but will switch your schedule to something you never agreed to and they tell you take it or you’re fired. - Was told there was job security during interview only to be laid off soon after. - They advertise unlimited PTO, but that’s definitely not the case. You will be denied often.

      Fast growing Chicago HealthTech Start-Up with an unbelievable mission of providing access to eye care to anyone, anywhere. The cool mission is just a start, the company has so many great people who are extremely passionate about what they do everyday. Great mission, great people, and great technology is the recipe to success!

      Cons

      Because it's a start-up there is some hard work that has to be done. That's what makes start-ups exciting though!
