Worst company ever! - Software Developer Violet InfoSystems Employee Review

This is one of the worst company ever. All positive reviews are fake and this is said to me by the those who add fake reviews themself. You will have 0 work life balance. Literally you will be forced to work for longer hours and the manager will come to you for some work when you are about to wind up. No respect for employee and no proper structure is followed. No documentation given to developers and most things happen verbally and expectancy is very high. More than half employees are on notice or probation at any time.
