Pros

The location is really nice. The interiors especially. Outside there's nothing though.

Cons

a. First of all, there is an amalgamation of companies inside their so called "campus" - there's Vihara, Startup Tunnel, and a co-working space. So, when going for interview, confirm what organization you'd be working for. b. Secondly, the people are really rude. They don't mingle, you're not offered support of any kind, neither are you given an induction on the day of joining and nor are your resources (laptops, welcome kits, etc.) in place. Everybody thinks they're so high and mighty but they're just there because no other company would hire these guys. Especially the women at senior position seem and look so frustrated and spiteful. c. And the CEO, well, the most shallow and most pompous person you'll ever meet. Being strict/disciplinarian is one thing, being a mean person and a bully is a different level altogether. d. The office is located far from the metro and there are no conveyances to and from the office to at least the metro. e. People are pretty hostile to newcomers. There are groups already in place and you'll have a hard time mingling. f. Everyone does everything and nobody bats an eyelid. This would be great had this place been a real startup, but as its not, you won't get any appreciation for anything that you'll do. g. Even the co-working spaces are in a pathetic condition.

Pros

Opportunity to learn and take on new challenges. On ground exposure in program design and implementation

Cons

1. Senior management is caught up in personal politics, gossip and ego battles leading to lack of reliable leadership 2. The CEO is not suited to run an organisation devoted to public health or anything to do with social development. He lacks basic empathy and self awareness and is more keen on making money than actually making a difference in people’s lives. 3. There is no functional HR team. Harassment of all kinds is rampant in the organisation with nobody to keep a check or call people out. This is a dangerous place to work in, especially for young people. 4. The organisation does not have any sort of code of ethics when it comes to hiring, firing or paying employees fairly. They find ways to cut corners by cheating people out of their money.
