Cool company creating cool content. Lots of cool parties and perks. Lots of opportunity for advancement if you like inflated job titles and meager salaries for 70+ hours of work a week.
Cons
Waiting forever for the bathroom. Low pay, poor organization. Open workspace means you have 18" of personal space on your "desk;" literally a MacBook Pro sweatshop. Loud, chaotic, disorganized. Feels like a college computer lab during finals. Except that's every. single. day. Expect an inflated job title for 50+ hours of work every week for bad pay. People put up with the slave labor because VICE is "cool" so they feel privileged to make Shane Smith more money. Modern day serfdom. Love your servitude.

Advice to Management
Make employees accountable for their actions. Stop sending emails at 11pm and expecting a response. Offer actual salary raises instead of BS inflated job titles. Stop being a slave yourself.

Pros
I worked freelance as a fixer/ coordinator most of the time. People were great to work with. Good learning experience.
Cons
Experienced bad organization on few of the projects having to do much more that what was expected.
