      - Flexibility to work from home sometimes, - OK benefits package, - Somehow, the company's managed to hire some great people.

      - Lack of communication between departments, - Lack of personal accountability leading to blaming issues on other departments, - Inconsistent leadership.

      Pros

      Great people and collaborative, supportive environments in certain groups.

      Cons

      Some groups have better culture than others. Process experimentation was often utilized which is not a bad idea overall, but there was quite a bit of pain when management ignored feedback and went in a bad direction.
