Pros

You get free tickets and the laundry is cheap. You are somewhat close to the business district, and taxis are readily available. Room and board is provided.

Cons

The dorms are horrible! No hot water, no internet, bug and mold problems, and noisy neighbors. The company straight up lies about most of the conditions. The walk from the dorms to checkin is about an hour, so you better hope you have a car. The shifts are 12 hours, and you aren't allowed to eat on the premises while in uniform. Rain and cold uniforms are not provided free, but you are not allowed to wear your own clothes. You must buy them from the company, which can cost upwards of $50. They are horrible at keeping track of paperwork, too. Be prepared to file the same set of forms 3 times. Also, HR is extremely apathetic and dismissive,

Pros

I loved most of my crew members, great experience working with performers and other techies, admin was so nice!! I loved working with them, not to mention this job got me a position at another park!!

Cons

Busy schedule, job is a mix of minor maintenance on top of theatrical work, provided housing was a private business that was not a wonderful experience. What really brought this down was the fusion of work, running shows and keeping with that schedule is quite a lot onto of running support for rides. Something I feel, should be a separate contracting
