Pros

Canteen, parking, pay, craic, health insurance

Cons

Regimental on working hours, bell rings for tea lunch and start time like children in school. The union committee destroy any positivity or positive activity taking place especially the shorter negative grumpy gossipy day shift reps. You develop a Stockholm type syndrome and are afraid of the peer shaming so you don't take part in anything sports and social. It's all the same oaps going shopping or having a night in a backward dive of a pub and then pump money Into Santa claus and presents and easters treats for other peoples brats Instead of proper social activities for the members. Yawning! The company does the same thing the same way each time everytime nothing gets properly fixed it's all plastered over the bang and another issue. Hr should be outsourced and so should finance AR AP etc. what a useless cost burden. Training is by the book with Valeos ways nothing new nothing Interesting.

Pros

Great place to learn and gain hands-on automotive experience. People are generally friendly and easy to get along with, and you’ll be exposed to a lot of technologies and real-world problem solving very quickly.

Cons

Upper management is disorganized and heavily political. Decision making is often chaotic, priorities constantly change, and there is very little work-life balance. Long hours and high stress can burn people out quickly.
