Good exposure in jquery and SQL. Great place for freshers to start as a stepping stone.

No proper work structure, management is corrupt, company policy does not follow government sanctioned rules. Management is biased and practices favouritism. If they don't like you they will fire you within a week of you employment and call it a performance failure. No work life balance. Be prepared to stay back after office hours and on weekend for work. No extra pay for overtime for employees in general. Only higher ups because they are their favourite people. Expect to be a victim of false promises and expect no never get leaves even if you are dying. In my experience this place has the worst work culture. Team lead is not helpful at all. They will pile work and create unnecessary pressure and give you impossible deadlines. Managers are very narrow minded as human beings. Working here is quite an experience.
