Big company, well known in the industry so looks good on a cv Generous almost 10% non contributory pension and private medical insurance
Cons
No bonuses, no salary rises and no performance based salary increases. No increment salary increase either! No flexi time, no option to work from home. Travel over weekends is not compensated back. Hard work and dedication is not appreciated, promotion is a political decision rather that one that’s based on person knowledge and capability. Very limited or no career opportunities.
