    I worked at University Health Network (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    An organization where you can learn a great deal. HR has great depth in each discipline as one example.

    Cons

    bureaucratic. Long time for approvals. Not very innovative on the administrative as opposed to a world-class reputation for outstanding patient care and research.

    Advice to Management

    Start treating the administrative side of the organization with equal consideration to clinical staff.
