Pros

It's a youthful environment that allows you to make friends with other recent graduates. There's catered food during busy season and some "morale" activities throughout the year.

Cons

Bottom line up front, accept the internship if it's your only option and then leave asap (don't even apply here for a full-time permanent position). Pay is incredibly low but it seems justified because a monkey could do half the tasks employees on both sides of the company are responsible for. Leadership will either micromanage you to death or will provide no guidance; there's no in between. There's a noticeable gap in work ethic and benefits (official and unwritten) between the two sides of the company that never seems to be addressed. Skills aren't super transferable to other companies since the work done is pretty surface level when it comes to procurement. Most employees look to leave after 6 months and those that stay for more than a few years are typically ok with being complacent.

Pros

Remote work from home was good, never had a need to go into office. Coworkers were also generally friendly. Work wasn't terrible, just had to meet deadlines.

Cons

Management was awful, constantly breathing down your neck. AM team eventually dissolved and was placed into Sales, this is where the management plummeted. Set way too high expectations outside of our job description and annual raise was 2%. Sales team was also very clique-y and would talk bad about all the other teams.
