I have been working at Unilever full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Flexible working hours along with a team full of friendly people who want you to learn as much as possible is the best part about it. Each Brand Manager also loves their brand personally which makes them put so much effort into their work.

Cons

The pay isn't the best considering the size of the company, also the fact you have to live 1 hour by public transport to obtain parking (luckily I can get parking)

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work with one of the best training programmes in the UK! Everyone is happy and loves their jobs

I worked at Unilever as an intern (More than a year)

    Pros

Good working environment. Great team members and good work load. Always more, should you need it. Lots of potential for rising through the ranks.

    Cons

Work-life balance can be poor at times. Managers were always micro-managing. For a company which incorpoates a 'no-blame' culture, they do anything but.
