I have been working at Unilever full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Flexible working hours along with a team full of friendly people who want you to learn as much as possible is the best part about it. Each Brand Manager also loves their brand personally which makes them put so much effort into their work.

Cons

The pay isn't the best considering the size of the company, also the fact you have to live 1 hour by public transport to obtain parking (luckily I can get parking)

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work with one of the best training programmes in the UK! Everyone is happy and loves their jobs

    Pros

Good leadership and direction. Good and casual environment to work in. Promote appreciation and enjoyed the bonds built over 5 years with them

    Cons

Need further IT support and Its a inverted pyramid structure with many top management.

Salary is per market standard which should be evaluated.
