Pros

Good People, know the responsilbilty as humans to serve the needy people.

Cons

1)Process are not matured and can be changed. need to know the right Ethinic people (i.e. from Kerala). 2)Management and staff is biased in favor of region. 3) Good clients but bad quality work. 4)More or less body shop and managers have no guts to vouch for your work, neither to client nor to senior manager. 5)Lot of bureaucracy 6) Always talk about values and culture but they won't follow that. 7) no recognition and rewards for hard work and especially if the employee is out side from Kerala. 8)hey offer you something in terms of dialogues, But action will make you weird 9) Best place for Kerala people, not for others, no value for other employees. 10) Policies do change from person to person. Some set of people will have Querterly, some will have half yearly, some people have Annual performance bonus. I donot know, why this deviation from person to person

Pros

I have been associated with UST for almost 12 years, starting my journey as a Tester and currently serving as a Senior Project Manager. Looking back, the growth opportunities provided by the organization have been remarkable. One of the biggest strengths of UST is its people-first culture. The leadership team is approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in employee success. Throughout my career, I have received continuous encouragement to take on new responsibilities, learn new skills, and move into leadership roles. The company places significant emphasis on employee well-being, work-life balance, and professional development. I have had opportunities to work across different domains, engage with global clients, and grow both technically and managerially. What makes UST special is the trust it places in its employees and the collaborative culture that exists across teams. It’s a place where dedication and performance are recognized, and individuals are given opportunities to shape their own career paths

Cons

As with any large organization, some processes could be streamlined for faster decision-making.
