UNDP has a good reputation and excellent potential in terms of what it could do. Given that it has offices across the world, one should keep in mind that the quality of the work, staff and life as a UNDP employee varies from office to office.
Cons
Poor management and bad staff selection leads to missed opportunities and an unhealthy atmosphere in the office.
