Pros

Great benefits, does right by their employees. Good work-life balance, I rarely ever received any messages outside of work hours.

Cons

- Incredibly corporate - Very much a "keep your head down and don't ask questions" kind of place. If you question the ethics of the company at all you will get shot down. - The entire job and EOY reviews are centered around ladder-climbing. - Very soul-sucking job. It revolves around always gunning for the next promotion, salary increase, and title. - Not much of a culture really other than "we're nice" which just really means they are corporate nice. There's so much politics and passive aggressiveness everywhere.

Pros

Strong learning environment for new grads, with exposure to smart colleagues, interesting research problems, good tooling, and generally strong compensation and benefits. The culture encourages rigor, careful thinking, and collaboration across research and engineering.

Cons

The learning curve can be steep, and it may take time to understand the codebase, research process, and expectations. Feedback and project direction can sometimes feel ambiguous depending on the team or manager.
