      Two is a great place to work for those who love autonomy and responsibility. You get to work on exciting projects with passionate and talented people. It's all about the best idea in the room and not about your rank.

      Cons

      Young company, therefore many processes are still to be established, this in most cases is a plus rather than a con.

      Great team, full of people who care and that I genuinely enjoy working with

      At times can be very intense, business can be keen to say yes to everyone when we don't often have proper capacity/planning for it
