The company doesn't have any growth. Technical infrastructure is third class. Employees do not have any freedom for making even technical decisions. They will make you beg for the perks that you deserve. Whatever (facility, perks or salary) you will get is their gratefulness towards you. Its a family business and members of 'royal family are always right. Much more I can write but I am wasting my time here so that others don't get trapped into this Company.
