      Pros

      For the first week, I was very impressed with the company. Everyone was very helpful.

      Cons

      After about one month, the "real" Tuesday Morning started to show. Very poor internal communications with staff. Felt like I was just spinning my wheels and not getting anywhere. I was only there for about 6 months and that was 6 months to long

      Pros

      - customers were nice 99% of the time - management is fair and treats employees well - co-workers all worked hard and ready to help each other - scheduling & time off was reasonable

      Cons

      - promotions aren’t allowed for associates under 21 - pay is a tad bit low but it’s not like I was overworked for it
