10+ Years @ TMN - Anonymous employee Trust Management Network Employee Review

I have been working at TMN for over five years now and have found my overall experience to be a positive one. I really do LOVE the people (employees + clients) that I get to work with. It can be challenging and quite stressful at times, but I do feel like my manager is more than supportive and I can count on others to help when I need it. Ability to work from home and flexibility when it comes to doctor’s appointments, kids, etc. are also a big plus for me.

The company has grown quite a bit since I started working here, but its still a small business. It’s not for everyone but I have enjoyed the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment and opportunities to work with different types of clients. Top-down communication and feedback are inconsistent at times but there has been some improvement in these areas.

- You will work with some nice people with some expansive knowledge

- Pay is below standard - Absolutely no onboarding system or documented knowledge base - Tech infrastructure is wanting as well - The expectation seems to be to function like reps with years of experience after a small training window
