      No major pros really - they've been trying to get investors for years and only got 2 rounds of investments..

      Cons

      HR is highly incompetent "executive leadership" has zero leadership skills. Highly toxic environment - they pay to be nominated as best employer

      Some team members were nice, that was the highlight.

      Cons

      The CEO is extremely rigid and unwilling to take advice. The company may look fine from the outside, but internally the culture feels toxic, and staff don’t seem genuinely valued.
