Pros

Good Product, Just Bad Management

Cons

This company isn’t for experienced folks. It’s basically a place for freshers to join, learn something, and move on within a year. If you stay here for more than 1–2 years, you’ll just get stuck, and there won’t be much left for you to learn after that. You’ll be doing the same repetitive work as everyone else, either handling documentation or struggling to get sign-off from higher management. Higher management is completely useless here—they don’t spend time improving the product, nor do they even try to make it stable. They just put pressure on PSEs, who end up handling 100 things every day, and ultimately management puts all the blame on them to cover up their own mistakes. If you’re unfortunate enough to join this company, be aware that the COO is very cunning, and because of him, the company is really struggling. He is really good at politics, be cautious!! The overall work culture reflects high levels of negativity, politics, and blame shifting. Weekend work is common (almost every weekend) without any benefits. Senior employees and team leads are not treated with respect and may be publicly criticised. Raising concerns can result in targeting or intimidation. Unrealistic deadlines are committed without consultation, requiring weekend work and late nights without rest.
